1942 20mm Milne Bay

Postby fanai » Sun Jan 17, 2016 1:57 pm

Well we had our 2 annual holiday games and this was the Second as Brad brought out his Japanese to once again fight my Brave Commonwealth troops
Fighting for the Japanese were Brad Nic and Myself up against the walking Australian War Dairy Paul, supported by Tim

The Game was played over 8 turns using Rapid fire Rules while playing as companies/platoon level, The B coy 61 Inf of the Aussies and The Sasbo unit of the Japanese both found the going a bit hot and both scarpered, and the Aussie causing 2 suppressions in a row on The Japs in the 2nd,3rd and then routed them on the 4th much to my distress as they were all I had in the game.
The Japanese then put numbers up but due to the restrictive nature and not good reconnoitring were too slow and Casualties we too hi lost the gam by turn 8 and if we played 2 more turns we still to far from their objectives

Well done Paul and Tim
