For Capt Darling.

Postby Midshipman Easy » Wed Jan 11, 2017 10:04 pm

Sir,
I managed to get these few photographs of the 83rd Pennsylvania whilst on parade.
I think you will agree that they are a most smashing unit, even if they are American.

Lt George.

Lt George,
Thank you for the new fangled photographs of the 83rd Pennsylvania on parade.
A fine looking unit of fit fighting men.
I'd be happy to command it in action.
Cpt Darling

Excellent workmanship from painting to basing! Cool..

To Gunnar Dunbar,

The "giant" is a metal figure I have had lying around for years. Dont know the make. Didn't think he looked so bad alongside the Perry's.

To Capt Darling,

Spending a lot more time on the bases. Still experimenting though.

U.S. Sharpshooters. The darker ones were entirely brush painted a while ago. The brighter ones are just completed and largely done with an air brush. THe actually colours, from my readings, would lie somewhere between the two. I am reasonably happy with the result and think the air brush ones are the better looking.
