I picked one up from a hobby supply centre via mail order from "Hobby Tools" in Victoria.

Mine is a hand held one - it isn't perfect, but I have been able to do a lot with it.

You can also find plans to build your own of TerraGenisis if you are better at making things than I am.

Made one up myself for and old handheld jigsaw handle, some toaster element wire (forget the exact name) and a battery pack that I had lying around. The wire was like $5 for a roll of a few metres and the only other expense was D batteries.

It works. The gadget looks rough but it works.
