Deadly Waters

Post by Mal wright » Thu Jun 25, 2009 7:02 pm

No its not a phantom!

I know its been a long time coming but my Deadly Waters WW2 convoy game is near to being released by Clash of Arms. I'm just waiting to get the date. Larry Bond is the editor and his group have thrashed them over.

I've already submitted the second game in the series... Ärctic Storm and that is being edited now. It covers the WW2 convoys to Russia. But it also covers Russian convoys in the arctic, and as such touches on completely new ground for most naval wargamers. (Well....perhaps touches on completely new oceans) Besides the allied convoys to Russia the Soviets also ran some of their own in the Kara Sea, Barents sea and so forth. These came under heavy attack from time to time from aircraft, U Boats and even major surface ships. So that has all been included.

I am now working on the third book in the series.

Well, you certainly have some top notch people going over your game :D

I hope they do well when they come out, and some battle reports with photos would be most welcome :)
