Imagi-Nation campaign

Post by Cardinal Biggles » Fri Sep 12, 2008 6:56 pm

well this is the first step to be committed to text..the Imagi nation campaing ball has picked up some momentum..so far we have Conrad and the Kopfschlagers..Starkadder with a French based force but no workable name for his state yet( and no troops as such) ..Robman also with a force of French..Pz.Ferdinad has put his hand up as King of Ikea..a Swedish based society blue willow as the Albreckt von Skorzeny of Skandberg.. a sort of germanised semi muslim balkan state...Phantom Agent as Vandenburg-Brussia and Akula as a a Hessian based state, dare I suggest..Enteburg...(look it up in a German dictionary) some fine ideas have been discussed, including pirate kingdoms and a West and East Indies , a swath of deeply forested area known as Algonquinonia or ..imperial election. powerful external forces etc.. all begun...

yours might be a bit short as we are 28mm but I see the campaign and being more web orientated ..though you would have to trust crucial battles to others..

If it is Wed orientated the scale should not matter, but having a real battle with one of you could be a bit of a issue.

Nice one, Count. Your country and mine, The Kingdom of Ikea, should establish diplomatic relations as the latter`s 28mm army takes shape.I don`t have a blog, though,as at present Ikea exists only in the imagination of the Cardinal on his as yet to be mapped Pangean continent.I think Ikea is partly off shore and partly on-shore (which I suppose means partly incontinent- as is the misfortune of aging wargamers!).

Thanks Pz Fredinand

The Dutchy of Barseback would love to establish diplomatic relations with our swedish brethern at the Great and powerful Kingdom of Ikea.

Emissaries flat packed gifts and a selection of meatballs have been dispatched to your capitol.

I full defensive alliance would be preferable, my small battalion will do it can.

I will consider sending a envoy to Algonquinonia as well.

well my count , when things get going I can find a place for you where you can diplomatize..what a word!!!, to your hearts content, though you will need to trust others with battles and organise your forces , on paper , in the M&R method..indeed you might be the perfect Trans-Algonquinonia Duke /Count..a bit on the edge but a nice lot of Woodlands North Americans to maintain your interest..you could be seen as an independant but related Ikean off shoot, or a group who rebelled in the past and while they share cultural and social links are a bit wary of their once Colonial overlords..get the picture..I can see the PM button warming up very quickly..
