Miniature Worldmaker Australian Company

Postby Captain Darling » Fri Sep 26, 2014 10:36 pm

Hi All,

Stumbled on this site making and selling terrain, buildings etc, Miniature Worldmaker:

http://www.miniatureworldmaker.com.au

There just a shortish drive from my house here in Adelaide and I've never heard of them before!

Some interesting stuff, not sure about some of the pricing though.

Cheers
Darling

I had seen the site before, but forgotten.

There is always something listed that I would like..... until I see the price that is.

Yeah prices seem steep which puts me off them one thing they do that others don't is supply their products painted...

I've visited the "shop", the work is simply beautiful. The effort that goes into each piece is incredible. The guy (name slips my memory) works from home in Mt Barker and crops up on ebay from time to time as well as his webstore. I invited him to Little Wars 2014 but he declined, stating he didn't want any more orders than he already has. IIRC he has licensing rights to a whole pile of stuff and has perfected the use of latex/silicone.

He is also a keen wargamer who plays a heart of darkness style game as well as FoW (Middle East, 50's-80's). Great setup.
