SASR Vietnam 28mm

Post by Dropbear » Mon Dec 22, 2008 6:24 pm

Aussie SAS figures to match the Aussie Infantry made by Eureka.

five figures will make a patrol: lead scout, patrol commander, signaller, medic and second in command.

Weapons: SLR, M16, and M203 for an M16 or two, M60, as well as a few 'exotics"

I am not asking for a figure with a cut down SLR, as this was not something used by every SAS member in Vietnam.

Poses: patrolling - basically standing/walking but not firing weapon (i.e. weapon not raised to shoot)

Mix of head wear: giggle hat, beret, sweat band, bandanna, bare head

Tally: 20 (two sets of 10)

Dropbear 10 (one set)
Cdm 10 (one set)

More piccies - those wanting 20mm scale figures need to get your own photos

Note the SLR with the fore grip/cover area removed and a M203 welded onto the barrel

I assume you're making a 10 figure grouping the same as the Eureka ones, in which case I am in for 1 set of 10.

I would prefer though mine had bare heads and I'll keep the bear heads for the Aztecs, though no one sadly makes these, which is a very glaring oversight considering the importance of this animal mask :(
