Overal this year I thought the games being offered were more done as participation games...I found some of the tables I spoke to quite accomodating..nice people. But I think though its hard to tell which are participation games...there were a lot of nice looking games, but little in the way of adver...

I think a number of independents stayed away because 1. you never get the stall you book (as you get shunted by the multi stall table guys) 2. stall prices have increased 3. are just plane lazy 4. Didn't get much at all...probably because all the stuff I was after sold on the Friday and I went Saturday :cry: Picked up some basing material, 2 overprived 1/72 kits and a can of army painter. Spent $120 plus petrol. dont worry GWZ... I didnt think friday was that great for historical gaming barg...

picked up some nice romans i pre bought of Bard

bought some roman cav at bring and buy

bought a bunch of stuff of essex including trireme.

bought some odds and sods off you.....


AS I went on friday was wondering did i miss more good stuff on sat on bring and buy???

correct young sir have been in contact with M and he said J should be able to hold onto them until he comes up to sydney soon, so that sorted if I cant get down...but trying to work it out to go down friday if my car is capable for a sticky beak, then I can meet Bard , he was very easy to deal with ...

Hi ian great stuff...its amazing how these miniatures are transformed by a paintjob they have their place in the history of minatures, and once painted are another good army to fight with no matter whether their are likers or dislikers... on seeing yours I am going to keep mine being my very first 1...

hi getting replies now... Ironically both sites are now working for me receiving notifications,...I did nothing but go into my control panel on each site and literally just check that all the correct things were checked, and that my email address was good..[didnt actually tick those boxes], i think ...

interesting stuff, but i find facebook entries / wholepage difficult to read....same way i find yahoo pages difficult to read...but you have at least pushed me to find out more elsewhere about their large product range that i didnt know was so big...thanks
