Re: My Monstrous Dwarf Cavalry

Hey Fanai,

These type of figures aren't my 'cup of tea' but I must say I am VERY impressed with your painting/basing I wish I could do figures half as good as this!

Destroyed/Wrecked Martian Tripod Marker

Hi All, For when I finally play a game of 'All Quiet on the Martian Front' I thought some markers for destroyed Martian Tripods would be cool. I made a mould of the smaller Scout Tripods dome cast up a half dozen of them added a few of the extra bits from the kits and came up with this: http://i43.p...

Re: 1880 Steam Powered Self Propelled Artillery...

Thanks guys! Ian I thought about some rivet detail but for simplicity of mass production drilled details into the side plates, I may add some nice brass coloured rivet heads to the front plate corners though. The 13" mortar is from the Redoubt range you can see my post in the ACW related forum on it...

Martian Front Tripod to 28mm Comparison Picture

Hi All, The Martian Front scale is officially 15mm from what I read the figures are actually around 18mm, here's a picture of one of the 15cm Assault Tripods facing off against a 28mm Perry figure and one of my 28mm scale human armoured vehicles I think it will look okay. http://i43.photobucket.com/...

Re: 28mm steam tank

Hi Randy,

What a coincidence I'm working on some steam powered amoured vehicles for my Martian Attack stuff and taking a Vicotrian/steampunk angle to.

Nice work it looks like an A7V shagged a steam boat.

Is this completely scratch built and how big is it?

Hey Rowdy,

I didn't know the rifles and frames were 'blackened', was that to help camouflage them?

Nice diorama.

AQOTMF - Martian Tripods WIP

Hi All, Picked up some of the Martian Tripods for All Quiet on the Martian Front earlier this week and have done some work on them over the weekend. I'll be using these with my Colonial Period 28mm skirmish figures rather than with the 15mmish figures the game system uses...yes i am a heretic just d...
