Well i thought i would pop this cherry and post a few bits of terrain i have worked on over the last few months. Overall basic pieces which is about all i am capable of :). The houses are Italeri and are real crackers (i still need to base them). I think they came up ok for my first go at them. The ...

Does 40K Qualify? I have previously played a bit of that. My young lads are into the figures at the moment, so i have been trying to paint a "retro" army using 2 edition figures for them. Mind you they are not exactly the most "respecting" of things at times, so i doubt they will...

As it would happen Scott (formaerly of Elite Miniatures) is doing a 28mm Eastern Renaissance game this weekend in 28mm. I see if i can get some more details.
Does anyone wargame WWI? There seems to be some nice miniatures out there, especially in 25mm Here are a few i have done (I would like to do Beersheba at some stage, but getting the time may be hard). http://www.users.on.net/~mathewkaren/Light%20Horse%202.JPG http://www.users.on.net/~mathewkaren/Lig...

I was wondeirng if anyone does 20mm ACW? I have these miniatures from SHQ and i think they are very nice. I am forming the opinion that 20mm might be better than 15mm, but 15mm seems much more established in this era. Any thoughts? http://www.users.on.net/~mathewkaren/ACW2.JPG http://www.users.on.ne...

CP Models and Elhiem have my vote. Range is a bit limited though and now with CP Models primarily available only as pre painted i will be looking to AB and Fantassin (of which i have an initial shipment on the way) to fill out my ranks. I also like Valiant and plan to do a Battalion of each as well....

(Below is a repost of a game i had a little while ago) Hello All. Yesterday i fortunate to be invited to a RFII day run by Mark Piper, Tim O'connor and Brad Smith. The scenario was created by Brad for Jeremejewska (Russia - 20th February 1943). I was not aware of the scenario being played that day a...
Here are some US Para i have been working on. They are TQD Castings Miniatures. I hope to do a Battalion for Rapid Fire. I bought a new digital camera today, so what better way to test it than for the new forum! :) It is a mix of Tan and OD uniforms. Tan used GW Commando Khaki mainly. Watered down b...
