Re: Attack on the Allied supplies 1900 pt 2

I have cut my boards in to different widths so that I can adjust how wide the river can be depending on my mood - this way I can have a creek, river or even shore line.

I have yet to paint and flock my boards :(

Very nice, and I like how you have done the rivers. Similar to what I am working on myself... only yours is better.

Re: Tray Battlefield

I can get away with the larger tray for a 15mm game, but agree that smaller is needed for the second tray I made. 10mm will work - I have some 10mm WW1 (not enough for a game... I only have one side), but I really want to do something different for the tray battle. I have been contemplating some 28m...

Tray Battlefield

Months ago I had a lingering man flu that really stuffed my lungs up. When I was resting up I really wanted to play a game, and I was eyeing off the tray I was eating a meal from. This gave me an idea for making scenery to play a game. I created some removeable terrain bases to put in the tray and p...

LTB Perry Miniatures ACW

Does anyone have any spare Perry Miniatures ACW figures lying around they would like to sell? I am only really after skirmishing infantry, Cavalry (mounted or dismounted) and guns with gunners. Can be for either side. I just need to flesh out my forces a bit for a skirmish game. Can include command ...

I like the idea, but wish there was a 3D printer handy to take advantage of it.

Sounds like an interesting game, but that is waaaaay to many links to click on. If you add "" at the start and the the end of the link it will turn in to this. https://scontent-syd2-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t31.0-8/22095988_522454614771328_924141127550621911_o.jpg?oh=72220b6...

15mm/20mm modern Urban terrain kickstarter

I have come across a very nice kickstarter making modern urban terrain tiles in Australia. It is fully funded with free postage around Australia, and heavily discounted postage to other countries around the world. It is worth a look, and yes, I am a backer. In fact it is my first time to back a kick...

Re: Gunners modern thread, 15mm Aussies

They look great - I had a blast painting mine up, and it was easier that I expected with the DCPU.

I can't bring myself to try painting the Bushmaster and LAV 25 to go with them though. I think I will make a dog's breakfast out of them if I do.

Campanelle pasta in Australia?

Has anyone in Australia seen any Campanelle pasta in the shops in Australia? I had a look around today and drew a blank. I want some to make some alien plant life like that seen on this site: http://germy.co.uk/pastaplants.html http://germy.co.uk/images/projects/pastascene3.JPG

I suspect we may fall way behind you Dropbear, well we'll see how we go! One other thing we considered as we will be playing Naps regularly but not always SDS so we may play larger battles in place of a skirmish :D ...I think our first game will be Monday week... That depends... I might have to pla...
